
CHANDIGARH, June 12: A computerised extension counter of the Punjab and Sindh Bank was inaugurated today at Guru Harkrishan Sahib Eye Hospital, Sohana as part of the 90th anniversary celebrations of the bank. Chairman and Managing Director, Punjab and Sind Bank, S.S Kohli said that the bank had crossed the business of Rs 11,000 crore.
and has planned a growth of Rs 15,000 crore for the year 1998-99. Earlier, H.S Duggal, general manager of the bank informed that the bank had added four new extension counters during the last 10 days to its present network of branches in the city.
A free eye check up camp was also organised at their zonal office in Sector 17. More than 300 people availed the services of eminent eye specialists.
