MUMBAI, Dec 13: Stability of a government is not the issue facing the nation today but its commitment to solve peoples8217; problems, asserted H D Deve Gowda former prime minister in an apparent reference to the BJP8217;s stability plank for the coming elections. At a press meet here today he said the polls were likely to throw up another 8220;coalition of political parties as no party was confident enough of getting a clear mandate8221;.

He said in the 44 years that the Congress ruled the country, it was 8220;one party one rule8221; system and all the powers were concentrated at the Gandhi residence.
