PUNE, Aug 26: The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management SIBM Pune, has organised People Factor, Perform or Perish,8217; its annual human resource meet 8217;99 on September 3-5, at Mumbai. The meet aims at addressing critical issues in human resource philosophy and corporate performance, empowerment processes and strategies.
