CHANDIGARH, FEB 11: The Union government has sanctioned life pension to Asian Games gold medalist Parduman Singh, now bedridden due to paralysis. Winner of two gold and two silver medals in shot put and discuss throw, Praduman was living a miserable life in his village Bhagta Bhai in Bhatinda district of Punjab.
