Ad released for Vidya Upasaks8217; selection

DHARAMSALA, March 26: Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Selection Commission K. C. Malhotra has stated that the commission has been empowered to select Vidya Upasaks and there would be no backdoor entry in the service.

Talking to ENS here today, Malhotra said an advertisement for selection was released to the press but could not appear in the newspapers due to some fax problems. He said a person had been deputed to deliver the ad personally at the offices of the newspapers.

He added that proforma would appear in the advertisement and there would be no separate forms.

Malhotra reeled off district-vise allocation of posts, which are as follows:
Hamirpur-104, Una-24, Bilaspur-74, Solan-400, Kullu-209, Mandi-420, Kangra-140, Kinnaur-70, Sirmaur-81 and Shimla-128.
