CHANDIGARH, Aug 11: In an administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government today ordered the postings and transfers of seven IAS officers in the state.

Veena Eagleton, who was awaiting posting orders, has been appointed Secretary (labour and employment) in place of Asha Sharma, who becomes Secretary (archives and archaeology), Secretary (boundary area committee), member (sales tax tribunal-i) and Commissioner for Inquiries, relieving S. K. Maheshwari of the charge of archives and archaeology departments.

Samri Mathur, Joint Secretary (revenue and rehabilitation) and Chief Settlement Commissioner, will also look after the work of Joint Secretary (revenue) in addition to his own duties during Ramendra Jakhu’s leave period.R. R. Fulia, Managing Director, Harijan Kalyan Nigam and Joint Secretary (home) will also hold the charge of director (industrial training and vocational education) in place of J. P. S. Sangwan, who becomes Joint Secretary (animal husbandry and dairy development). He replaced S. K. Gulati, who will be the new Joint Secretary (technical education, industrial training and vocational education). Vivek Joshi, awaiting posting orders becomes Joint Secretary (home) relieving Fulia.
