If you know how to manage your time, chances are you also know how to manage your mind.

If you know how to manage your time, chances are you also know how to manage your mind. For managing mind, however, you have to ‘reboot’, de-clutter and even trick it at times. Here’re five mind hacks that might help achieve that.

1. If you are too tired mentally or physically 

Note: Take as much time as possible to inhale and exhale while focussing completely on your breath

2.  If you want to de-clutter your mind

Note: You would be surprised to know that you could remember things and details you never thought you would remember

3. If you can’t sleep as you have too many thoughts

Note: If you like to dance, you can break into a ‘mental dance’ also

4. If you are angry, overwhelmed, stressed

Note: It is important to know what is bothering you. Once you find that out, you will get out of your stressful mental state swiftly.

5. If you want to get a new idea

Note: If walking is not possible for you, do something different from your routine
