SSC CGL 2024 Cut Off: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2024 tier-1 results this month. Candidates who appeared for the test can check and download their scorecards at ssc.gov.in. But before the results are announced, let’s check the last year’s cut-off for tier 1 exams.

The minimum mark to qualify for the SSC CGL examinations for unreserved category is 30 per cent, for OBC and EWS it is 25 per cent and for other categories, it is 20 per cent.

The below table mentions the candidates who are shortlisted in the tier-I exam for appearing in tier-II [Paper-I and Paper-III {General Studies (Finance and Economics)} (for the post of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer):

Sources added that BSF troops initially warned the Pakistani national and also fired two to three rounds to dissuade him from crossing the border.

BSF apprehends Pakistani national for crossing border in Jammu’s R S Pura Sector

A Pakistani national, identified as Siraj Khan, was apprehended by the Border Security Force (BSF) in Jammu and Kashmir's R S Pura Sector. He was attempting to cross the international border from the Pakistan side. The BSF troops fired warning shots and seized Rs 30 in Pakistani currency from the man. He is currently being questioned for his motives.
