The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,360 Odisha Police Constable vacancies. According to the official notice, women, transgender individuals, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are not eligible to apply for the posts. Candidates may apply for only one battalion, and this choice cannot be altered later.

Step 2: Click on the link for Sepoy/ constable recruitment
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. Click on ‘Registration for Odisha Sepoy/Constable in OSAP/IR Bn in Odisha Police’ link.
Step 4: Fill in your personal details, then the qualification details and then upload the documents.
Step 5: Save and submit the application form.

Applicants must be between 18 and 23 years old as of January 1, 2024. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for candidates from reserved categories. A minimum qualification of Class 10 (Matriculation) or an equivalent is required to apply for the Constable/Sepoy positions. Also, applicants should also have had Odia as one of the subjects in the Matriculation examination.
For selection process, a Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE) will be conducted, followed by a Measurement of Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Test, driving test and a medical exam.
