The Supreme Court Monday reserved its order as to whether to refer the matter pertaining to a ban on the entry of women at Kerala’s Sabarimala temple to a Constitution Bench. Being heard by a three-judge bench at the moment, the issue centres on whether the right to practice and profess religion could include right to restrict access of women to a shrine.
