Online grievance redressal system in Rajasthan soon

People in Rajasthan will now be able to file online their complaints related to govt departments.

People in Rajasthan will now be able to file online their complaints related to different government departments.

The integrated online grievance redressal system Sugam comprising of a portal and call centre will be inaugurated tomorrow by the Minister of state for public Grievances and Pension V Narayanswamy and Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot here,an official said.

The central governments NIC has developed the portal on which people can post their complaints related to government departments,boards,organisations,power companies and local bodies,he said.

District collector offices will monitor complaints related to their districts and the departments will have to redress the grievances soon,the official said.

Complaints can be posted in both English and Hindi languages,he added.
