Lovers commit suicide by jumping before train

A 19-year-old girl and her married lover allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train near Dagru Railway station here,police said.

Paramjit Kaur,a student of class XII and her lover Ranjit Singh (22),who was already married and had a daughter,jumped before a train yesterday.

The Government Railway Police found their bodies on the track and later sent these for post-mortem examination.

Police investigations revealed that the two were having an affair for past some time. Ranjit was not happy with his marriage,the investigations further revealed.
