Workshop on ‘Communications skills enhancement’

According to Mrs. Sarita Madhok,Principal of Mayoor School,“Communication,whether verbal or non verbal,is a two way process but there are some obstacles which create a hindrance for us while communicating. Communication is an art which has to be caught not taught still one should make deliberate efforts to develop good communication skill”.

Communication skills play a vital role in an individual’s life and by that time it is very much important for the further growth of the students. One person communicates mainly to exchange thoughts or ideas with another. It is a two way process. But students often face difficulties in communicating something. The ultimate objective of this workshop was to make the students able to avoid those difficulties in communicating and to make them a proper communicator in its true sense.

Speaking on the occasion,Rishabh Khanna told that “Some of us are shy and fear that our ideas might not be accepted,while some don’t speak under peer pressure. He added that this happens due to lack of confidence”.
