Following Indian monsoon progress

The southwest monsoon has advanced into some parts of Gujarat region, Madhya Pradesh, most parts of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand and some parts of Bihar.

Southwest monsoon is not as far north as is normal for this period but rainfall is above normal as of now.

June 22: The southwest monsoon has advanced into some parts of Gujarat region, Madhya Pradesh, most parts of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand and some parts of Bihar.

Up next: Conditions are favourable for farther advance of the southwest monsoon into the remaining parts of the north Arabian Sea, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar, entire Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, most parts of Madhya Pradesh and some parts of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi and Rajasthan during the next 3 days.
