Congress targets RSS-BJP’s ‘divisive agenda’

He said the Congress had introduced the system of reservation for SCs and STs in government employment, educational institutions as well as elected bodies as part of affirmative action enshrined in India’s Constitution. He said his party was “of the firm opinion that affirmative action in favour of SCs, STs and OBCs must continue…”
