However,the Maharashtra government rejected the findings and did not table the report in the state legislature.

“We met the Governor over various issues,including the demand for making the Pradhan panel report public and he told us that even he was yet to see the report,” Kadam told reporters after meeting the Governor at Raj Bhawan.

“So many people were killed by Pakistani terrorists and we lost brave police officers. People have a right to know what is there in the Pradhan panel report,” Kadam said.

Kadam’s statement comes in the wake of BJP general secretary Gopinath Munde demanding that the report be made public so that “follies” of the State Government are exposed.

“Why is the Government hiding the probe panel report? This is because there is something incriminating against it in the report,” Munde,member of Lok Sabha,had said on Wednesday.

Kadam,who was leading a delegation of Sena-BJP leaders,met the Governor demanding revocation of the suspension of their three Legislative Council members.

The three MLCs were suspended on June 16,the last day of the budget session,for creating ruckus and disrupting proceedings of the House over the Pradhan Committee report.

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Suresh Shetty had moved a resolution that BJP MLC Vinod Tawde,Shiv Sena leader Diwakar Raote and Arvind Sawant be suspended for their unruly behaviour in the House.

The resolution was passed unanimously by the ruling Congress-NCP members and Deputy Chairman Vasant Davkhare announced the suspension of the three MLCs.
