Netflix Tudum 2025: Squid Game 3, Wednesday 2, and Stranger Things finale dropped big reveals, with electrifying performances from Hanumankind, Lady Gaga.

Netflix, with its full-blown spectacle Tudum 2025, has officially greenlit its star trio, Squid Game season 3, Wednesday season 2, and the Stranger Things finale, all locked and loaded for your binge list. The biggest live show of the year brought the heat with a punchy set from “Big Dawg” hitmaker Hanumankind, who earlier co-wrote and performed “The Game Don’t Stop” for Squid Game season 2. Now, he’s back with his new track “Run it Up” to play Red Light, Green Light for season 3. Lady Gaga, meanwhile, has officially entered the Wednesday universe alongside Jenna Ortega. The event also featured surprise appearances from wrestling stars CM Punk and Rhea Ripley, alongside Hollywood A-listers Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and more.

Watch Hanumankind perform for Squid Game season 3

Hanumankind, aka rapper Sooraj Cherukat from India, whose raw stage energy and fiery verses have fans tossing comparisons to Kendrick Lamar, took centre stage at the live event streamed on Netflix. With that raspy voice and a tone you can’t miss, he was a solid fit for an Asian blockbuster like Squid Game. His latest 2025 track got sampled for the event trailer earlier. Netflix shared a clip of his performance at the event, crowd thumping, energy high, and verses dropping hard. Fans are already calling it Tudum’s most powerful opening yet. A fan wrote, “Big energy, big stage, big moment. Hanumankind owned it.”

Lady Gaga performs for the Wednesday season 2

Lady Gaga is set for a special guest appearance in the Jenna Ortega starrer, and to celebrate that, the popstar closed the Tudum ceremony with MAYHEM headliner tracks. Emerging from a coffin marked with words like “HERE LIES THE MOTHER,” she went Zombieboy for the first time on TV, and then, after a brief “Bloody Mary” dance,  performed “Abracadabra”. The singer is set to play the role of Rosaline Rotwood, a teacher at Wednesday’s school, Nevermore.

2025 Netflix Tudum highlights 

The event was also attended by actors Ben Affleck and Matt Damon for their new thriller The Rip. Hosted by Sofia Carson, the two-hour show packed thousands of fans into the Kia Forum. Among the most hyped film lineups this year are heavyweights like Frankenstein, Happy Gilmore 2, and Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. Earlier, the OTT giant sealed a 10-year, $5 billion deal for WWE’s flagship show Raw, and to mark that, legends CM Punk and Rhea Ripley were present. Also spotted in the crowd was AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys, plugging his new series Building the Brand. And yes, Netflix has finally confirmed One Piece Live-Action season 2.

“With exclusive first looks, surprise appearances and iconic performances from Lady Gaga and Hanumankind — led by Sofia Carson’s magnetic hosting — it was a one-of-a-kind experience fans could only get from Netflix. And as a live event, it was one fans around the world could enjoy together in real time, no matter where they were,” Netflix Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee said.
