Bollywood actor and filmmaker Pooja Bhatt was welcomed by host Salman Khan as one of the panelists during the premiere. However, as the launch reached its conclusion, he surprised everyone by announcing that Pooja is entering the show as a contestant. She mentioned how it’s like entering a ‘dark room with no map’. While fans are excited to see Pooja on the show, many also called the makers out for giving her undue advantages. She was given an ample amount of currency and since she’s also a senior, most housemates would be treating her with respect.

While Salman Khan was in a fairly good mood through the episode, he was left uncomfortable when ex-couple Avinash Sachdev and Palak Purswani entered the stage. The TV actors broke up last year. As Salman was told about their equation, he questioned the makers for putting him in such embarrassing situations. He also asked the former lovers if they plan to get back together on the show, which they both denied.

Aaliya also said how the actor asked her to start her career, while he will take their kids on a holiday. She opened up about her new relationship, and mentioned that she doesn’t have marriage in mind as her kids are her priority.

As Salman Khan interacted with Cyrus Broacha, his wife, who was in the audience, called him out for throwing her out of his film set. She mentioned that years back, she was on the photography team on one of his sets. Shocked at the revelation, Salman, however, joked that she must have taken bad pictures of him.

Mika Di Vohti winner Akanksha Puri entered the show and claimed to be ‘single’. As the panelists questioned her about being chosen as Mika’s ‘vohti’ (wife), she said that the two have been friends for the longest time. Akanksha said that while she was chosen as the winner, the two were sure they would not take a hasty decision when it comes to marriage. The actor also spoke about her association with Paras Chhabra, her former boyfriend, who was on Bigg Boss 13.

Falaq Naaz on brother Sheezan Khan, Tunisha Sharma’s suicide

After Tunisha Sharma’s death last year, her ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan was arrested for allegedly abetting her suicide. He was sent to jail, where he spent 70 days. During this time, his family, especially sister Falaq Naaz, was seen fighting for him from the outside. On the launch day, she spoke about the hardships the family went through. She also spoke about losing Tunisha, and how they never got the time to grieve for her. Falaq Naaz mentioned that while she has been in the industry for a long time, she is known more as ‘Sheezan’s sister’ after the controversy.
