Sharwanand and Rakshita Reddy to tie the knot on this date

Telugu star Sharwanand, known for films like Prasthanam, Run Raja Run, and Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, is getting married to Rakshita Reddy, an IT employee.

Telugu star Sharwanand, who was last seen in the film Oke Oka Jeevitham, is getting married to Rakshita Reddy, an IT employee, in a grand wedding ceremony on June 3 in Leela Palace in Jaipur. The invitations for the wedding and the pre-wedding celebration, to be held on June 2, are already out. The recent development puts an end to all the speculations that Sharwanand and Rakshita have called off their engagement.

Sharwanan and Rakshita got engaged in a grand fashion with celebrities like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, SS Karthikeya, Nithiin, Aditi Rao Hydari, Rana Daggubati and Siddharth in attendance. These big names are likely to be present at the wedding ceremony as well. Soon-to-be parents Ram Charan and Upasna Kamineni are also likely to attend the event.

Rakshita, a US-based techie, is the granddaughter of Telugu Desam Party politician Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy and daughter of High Court advocate Madhusudhan Reddy.

Earlier, rumours claimed that the couple didn’t get along well and had decided to call off the wedding after five months. Later, a source close to the actor told Hyderabad Times, “It’s not true at all that Sharwanand and Rakshita have broken up, they’re happy together. Sharwanand has been busy shooting for his upcoming film with Sriram Adittya… He wanted to complete his work commitments before embarking on this new journey. Now that he’s back in the city, the families will meet and fix a wedding date. An official announcement about the same will be made soon.”

On the work front, Sharwanand was last seen in Oke Oka Jeevitham (Kanam in Tamil). He is currently working on an untitled project, directed by Sriram Aditya of Bhale Manchi Roju fame. He recently completed a 40-day schedule in London and has taken a break from the film for his wedding.
