HanuMan box office collection day 4: Teja Sajja's superhero film is not only receiving love in India, but it also being appreciated in international markets. It's worldwide collection stands at Rs 72.15 crore.

Tejas Sajja‘s HanuMan has emerged as the first hit of 2024. The superhero film, written and directed by Prasanth Varma, earned Rs 14.50 crore on day four (Monday 15), according to trade tracking website Sacnilk.

HanuMan box office collection is on an upswing in India and worldwide as it attracts family audiences. The film’s total gross earnings stand at Rs 55.15 crore domestically. HanuMan’s worldwide box office earnings stand at Rs 72.15 crore. Along with Teja Sajja, the film also stars Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raj Deepak Shetty and Vinay Rai. Set in the fictional village of Anjanadri, HanuMan is the first installment of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU). The film witnessed an overall 80.11 percent Telugu occupancy, highest being 90 percent in Hyderabad, followed by 72.72 percent in Bengaluru and 67.75 percent in Chennai.

According to trade expert Taran Adarsh, HanuMan’s box office collection over the last four days, since its release on January 12, it has performed even better than Prashanth Neel’s KGF starring Yash and Rishabh Shetty’s Kantara and is performing as well as Sukumar’s Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 starring Allu Arjun.

HanuMan is being hailed as the first hit of 2024 and it is expected to continue the winning run even after releasing in a packed festival releases during Makar Sankranti and Pongal celebrations in South India. The film’s release clashed with Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram, Venkatesh Daggubati’s Saindhav and Nagarjuna’s Naa Saami Ranga.

HanuMan is not only receiving love in India, but it also being appreciated in international markets. According to film industry tracking expert Ramesh Bala, HanuMan as created history as it has breached the 3 million dollar mark in North America and is now one of the top ten highest grossing Telugu films in USA.
