Divyenndu to make his Telugu debut with Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s RC16

Divyenndu seems to be on a roll on the professional front. After the success of Madgaon Express and web series The Railway Men, the Bollywood actor is set to make his Telugu debut with Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor‘s upcoming film tentatively titled RC16.

The makers of the movie recently shared a photo of Divyenndu sporting a stubble and wearing a printed shirt. While making the announcement, the makers wrote, “Our favorite ‘Munna Bhayya’ will light up the big screens in a spectacular role tailor-made for him.  Team #RC16 welcomes the incredibly talented and compelling performer Divyenndu on board.”

Reacting to Divyenndu’s first look in RC16, a fan wrote, “Munna Bhai Vs Ram Charan will be fire.” Another fan commented, “Munna bhai welcome to the Telugu film industry.” A comment read, “Super choice…but please consider the same dubbing artist.” Even though the makers have kept all other details about the film and Divyenndu’s character under wraps, fans have been speculating that he might be seen as the antagonist in the film.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Sukumar Writings, Mythri Movie Makers and Vriddhi Cinemas, RC16 also stars Shivarajkumar in a pivotal role. AR Rahman will be composing the music for the movie.

On the work front, Divyenndu will be next seen in the thriller Agni which will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on December 6.
