The trailer for the film Bhagavanth Kesari was unveiled during an event held in Warangal on Sunday. The event saw the presence of prominent figures from the Telugu film industry, including renowned directors like Vamshi Paidipally, Gopichand Malineni, and Bobby Kolli, among others.

The nearly 3-minute trailer begins with Nelakonda Bhagavanth Kesari (played by Nandamuri Balakrishna) preparing his niece Vijaya Laxmi (Sree Leela) for an army entrance examination. The young woman undergoes rigorous training, including skipping, running, and boxing, in her quest to pass the entrance exam. However, she appears to struggle and lose interest. Exhausted, she asks Kesari if she can be excused from the intense preparation. But Kesari remains resolute. A distressing incident unfolds, where Vijaya Laxmi crosses paths with the villain‘s henchmen. Kesari comes to her aid, engaging in a fierce battle against the villain, played by Arjun Rampal.

In line with Balakrishna’s previous movies, Bhagavanth Kesari is replete with impactful dialogues, delivered with fervour and a Telangana accent, further enhancing their potency. The trailer offers a good blend of high-octane action as well as family emotions. Balakrishna seems set to impress in his role, transitioning from a caring uncle to a vengeful force. S Thaman’s background score amplified the trailer’s overall appeal.

Bhagavanth Kesari, produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the Shine Screens banner, also features Kajal Aggarwal and is directed by Anil Ravipudi. The movie will hit screens on October 19.
