Roads, along with vehicles and houses, have been swept away in the floods. Actor Ruslaan Mumtaz, who is in Manali, has also been left stranded due to the flood. He shared a series of Instagram stories giving updates about the harrowing conditions around him.
In the videos, Ruslaan can be seen taking shelter in a garage-like space and conversing with his co-companions. Sharing the post, he wrote, “Home for the night.” The actor also shared a video of his surroundings with the text – The road is not even there now. He said in the video, “Never imagined I would actually get stuck in Manali with no network, no way to get back home as the roads are blocked and I am unable to shoot as well. Tough times in a very very beautiful place. I don’t even know if I should be happy, sad, thankful, grateful, or just enjoy my apple.”
