Krushna Abhishek opens up about Kashmera Shah’s freak accident at a US mall: ‘She has injuries on her face, is getting treated’

In an exclusive conversation, Krushna Abhishek talked about his wife Kashmera Shah getting injured in a freak incident at a mall in the US.

Kashmera Shah met with an accident today

Kashmera Shah, who is in Palm Springs, USA, currently, met with a ‘freak accident’ on Monday. The actor, who was last seen in a cooking reality show with her husband-comedian Krushna Abhishek, informed her fans about the incident on social media. She shared a picture of blood soaked tissues. When we reached out to Kashmera, she shared that she is currently in the emergency room (ER) and will only be able to talk later.

In an exclusive conversation with SCREEN, Krushna, who is still in India and was on his way for his shoot, provided a health update about his wife. He revealed that she suffered a major injury but is safe and doing better now. He shared, “It was a major accident. She was in a mall and suddenly dashed into a mirror. Poora kaanch lagg gaya hai unko (the glass injured her).”

“She has not been able to talk to because there was major bleeding. But, she was rushed to the hospital and is safe now. This was the most important thing for me, otherwise I would have booked my tickets tonight only. She is in Palm Springs, not in LA, that is why I got tensed. If she was in LA, we have so many friends there, sab bhaagte uske paas (everyone would have gone to take care of her),” Krushna further added.

“I have a special doctor in LA, Dr. Anil, he is also rushing there. The main injury is on the face. She is safe at least, tabhi mai shooting kar raha hoon, nahi toh mai kahaan karta shooting? (I am shooting only because she is safe now),” he said.

Sharing the photos on her Instagram account, Kashmera wrote, “Thank u god for saving me. Such a freak accident. Kuch bada hone wala tha… chote main nikal gaya. Hope there won’t be any scarring. Live every day one moment at a time.Can’t wait to come back. Really missing my family today @krushna30 #rayaanksharma #krishaangksharma.” Her husband Krushna Abhishek and their children Rayaan and Krishaang were not with her at the time of the incident.

Kahsmera Shah and Krushna Abhishek with their sons Rayaan and Krishaang keep shuttling between the US and India. Recently, Krushna returned to Mumbai with the kids, and he shared that it was their first flight without Kashmera.
