Dalljiet Kaur’s estranged husband Nikhil Patel spotted with girlfriend Safeena Nazar, heartbroken actor says, ‘Tears won’t stop’

According to a report published in Times Now, a source close to the former Nach Baliye contestant, Nikhil brought her girlfriend to Mumbai with the “intention of hurting Dalljiet.”

Ash, who has called out Nikhil on social media, shared pictures of Dalljiet’s wedding with Nikhil on her handle, with a note bashing him.  “@niknpatel Last time barely a bit over a year back you went to India to become famous by getting married to @kaurdalljiet and now you are there after that with the new girl. Wow (folded hands emoji) women must be a visual shoe to be replaced like this. As a PR manager, I had the privilege of working with an exceptionally talented actress whom I admired from childhood. Unfortunately, her ex-husband displayed troubling arrogance, narcissism, and rudeness. His cold demeanour towards her son was just one of many red flags that indicated his true character, which I saw with my own eyes. It’s disheartening to see someone of her calibre treated with such disregard. Women deserve respect and genuine support, not to be undermined by those who should be their partners. Standing up for what’s right means acknowledging these issues and advocating for the respect every individual, especially women, deserve (sic),” read her post.

Ash, in her post,  also highlighted that Nikihil didn’t tie the knot with Dalljiet ‘out of genuine affection but to elevate your own status’.  “In doing so, you not only dashed her hopes of a fulfilling second chance at love but also crushed a child’s dreams of having a positive father figure. Your actions reveal a deep lack of respect for both women and family. It’s crucial to confront and call out such insincerity and disrespect, as everyone deserves genuine care and respect in their relationships,” read an excerpt from her post. 

Dalljiet, who was previously married to Bigg Boss 16 contestant Shalin Bhanot, married Nikhil Patel in 2023. However, eight months later, she accused Nikhil of infidelity and she returned to India with her son. The speculation began when Dalljiet dropped her husband’s surname from her social media profiles, sparking rumours about their troubled marriage amplified by the media. When Dalljiet’s posts on social media accusing her estranged husband of an extra-marital affair grabbed a lot of eyeballs, Nikhil, spoke out, suggesting cultural differences as a major factor in their split, confirming the news of their separation. However, he also mentioned Dalljiet’s efforts to reconcile.  Dalljiet had returned to Kenya in the month of June.

Dalljiet, in July took a legal action against Nikhil, leading to a Kenya court issuing a stay to prevent Patel from evicting Kaur and her child, Jaydon, from their home in Kenya.
