Rajinikanth spotted on a helicopter on the sets of Vettaiyan; fans wonder if it is for an aerial stunt

Rajinikanth was spotted on a helicopter on the sets of Vettaiyan, which has led to many speculations about the film.

RDX director Nahas Hidhayath recently shared a picture with ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth from the sets of Vettaiyan, which has set the internet on fire. The picture was taken at Pondicherry, where the film is currently on floors. While Nahas had his fan moment, what seems to have gotten the attention of fans is the helicopter that’s in the background.

Fans are wondering whether the helicopter is part of an action sequence in the film. In one of the photos shared by Nahas, Vettaiyan’s stunt choreographer duo Anbu-Arivu was also seen posing with Superstar and the director. This has further reinforced the speculation that the team has shot an aerial sequence with Rajinikanth in a helicopter.

However, a report published in a daily claimed that the helicopter was used by Rajinikanth to travel from Chennai to Pondicherry. It further stated the helicopter had nothing to do with the Vettaiyan. However, given that Rajinikanth was seen as a police officer on the sets of the film, fans continue to have their expectations high.

Vettaiyan, directed by TJ Gnanavel of Jai Bhim fame, has Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, and Fahadh Faasil in important roles. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the songs for the mega-budget film, which is produced by Lyca Productions. There are a lot of expectations surrounding the movie as it brings together a superstar and a director who is fresh out of a content-driven film.

After Vettaiyan, Rajinikanth will start shooting for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie.
