Rajinikanth’s 2.0: The film’s trailer to release on November 3

2.0 is Shankar’s ambitious attempt to bring Rajinikanth’s beloved robot Chitti and his maker, the genius Dr. Vaseegaran, back to the screens. The film marks Akshay Kumar's debut in South film industry.

We have some exciting news for Rajinikanth fans. Filmmaker Shankar will be launching its trailer on November 3. Actor Akshay Kumar, who also stars as the main antagonist in the film, took to Twitter to make the announcement. “The FIFTH FORCE is coming! Gear up, #2Point0Trailer launching on 3rd November!”, he tweeted.

2.0 is Shankar’s ambitious attempt to bring Rajinikanth’s beloved robot Chitti and his maker, the genius Dr. Vaseegaran back to the screens. With a massive budget of Rs 543 crore, it is being touted as the most expensive Indian film ever made and has generated a lot of buzz and excitement among cine-goers and Thalaivar fans. Akshay Kumar will be seen in a brand new avatar as the villain along with Amy Jackson as the female lead.

The film is slated to release on November 29. It is hands down one of the biggest films this year and it’s safe to say that everyone is waiting to see if Chitti will work its magic on screen for the second time.
