Prabhas’s Project K promo makes it to New York’s Times Square
After Vijay, Prabhas makes it to New York's Time Square billboard for his upcoming film Project K.

Earlier, Mahesh Babu’s daughter Sitara made it to the famed billboard as her ad for a famous jewellery brand was screened there. Later, fans of Vijay screened a video of the star there to celebrate his birthday. Prabhas’s upcoming pan-Indian film, Project K, has made it there. An ad for the film, with its release date was exhibited, and Prabhas took to social media to share a video clip of the same.
Sharing the video, Prabhas wrote, “#ProjectK billboard at Times Square. First glimpse on July 20 (Sic).”

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Project K is the next big thing in Telugu cinema. Rumoured to be a dystopian film, it stars Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan in pivotal roles. The makers of the film have been busy world building for Project K from scratch, which was shared in a series of videos titled “From Skratch”.
The makers of the film are tight-lipped about the plot and other details of the project. However, in an interview, the producer of the film, Ashwini Dutt said that Project K is a sci-fantasy about the futuristic version of the Hindu god Vishnu. She also revealed that Project K is a CGI-heavy film.
Meanwhile, Prabhas is also gearing up for the release of his next big venture Salaar. Directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame, the upcoming film is rumoured to be part of the KGF universe. Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj play pivotal roles in the film, which has music by Ravi Basrur. Salaar will be released in theatres in September.
