No change in release date for Welcome Back

Despite several reports emphasising that the release date of Welcome Back is likely to change, it is learnt that the film will most likely release on the day it was scheduled to release last—December 19, 2014. Though director Anees Bazmee is keen to change the release date as it means clashing with Rajkumar Hirani’s P.K. which has Aamir Khan as the protagonist, the film’s producer Firoz Nadiadwala is not. “Firoz feels that the film is a huge franchise with a good star cast and the holiday season in December can accommodate two big films. So as of now December 19 it is,” stated Bazmee
