The shooting of Shoojit Sircar’s Piku took off in August. The one month shoot which was fimed in Mumbai and Delhi included some indoor scenes. According to Irrfan, who plays one of the key roles in the film there are other locations like Kolkata and Banaras in the next schedule which starts in November. Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Moushumi Chatterjee are the other key actors in the film.
