Veteran actress Tanuja was discharged from hospital on November 11, a day after she was admitted following trouble while breathing. The 70-year-old actress had complained of breathing problem during the dinner party that was held, post the inauguration of the Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) at a city hotel. She was taken to a private hospital where she was administered oxygen. Tanuja and daughter Tanisha Mukherjee were in Kolkata to attend the KIFF where her Marathi film Pitruroon was showcased.

VJ, actor Gaurav Kapur tied the knot with his Delhi-based fiancée Kirat Bhattal in a private ceremony in Delhi. The wedding reception was attended by his friends from the films and sports industry including Neha Dhupia, Sandhya Mridul, Yuvraj Singh and Mini Mathur The actor, who was last seen in the Hindi film Bad Luck Govind, is currently seen hosting sports shows. Gaurav opted for a beige sherwani and turban, while his beautiful bride wore a traditional red and golden lehenga.
