Boman Irani

It is well-known that Boman Irani started his film career very late in life and has been a huge success since. During a recent interview for the program titled Life Begins at 40, on television, the actor spoke about his struggles and life experiences.
“No matter what happens, you should not settle in life. I believe life is about finding new passions and seeking new pastures. When I performed this show for the first time, it was life at 40; but I’ve added some years now, so I’ll say, life begins at 55.”
Incidentally, he worked at Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai as a waiter and also as its hospitality staff in the ’80s. He was the chief guest of the show held at the brand’s Pune hotel recently. Irani worked as a photographer from 1987 onwards, before landing in films. The actor said that success can’t be instant and failures play a vital part in life. His mantra is to stretch oneself to one’s greatest potential.
