International performers coming to India and taking over the stage has become the latest trend. Singer Shawn Mendes is the new name on the list who is all set for his debut gig in the country at Lollapalooza 2025. The pop sensation, known for his hits ‘Señorita’ and ‘There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back’, will take the stage at Mumbai’s Mahalakshmi Race Course, on March 8. But before that, he was seen on Mumbai’s streets as he tried to soak up Mumbai city vibes.

Before his maiden gig in India at the Lollapalooza India 2025, Shawn Mendes was seen out for some ‘chappal’ shopping at the Colaba market in the city. Dressed in a ganji, he happily posed for selfies with fans who spotted him. This is going to be the third edition of the Lollapalooza festival and will take place on March 8 and 9.

Shawn Mendes’ photos and videos have been shared online where he can be seen taking a stroll at the street market. In another set of photos and videos, Shawn was seen at a Colaba Causeway market in Mumbai. The singer was seen in a relaxed and casual look.

Lollapalooza India 2025

Lollapalooza India 2025 will also see performances by Green Day, Louis Tomlinson, Glass Animals, and Nothing But Thieves. The festival’s third edition will take place in Mumbai on March 8 and 9. Mendes will be performing in India for the first time and he is the headlining act at the festival.
