Is BTS’ Jungkook preparing for a solo world tour in 2025 ahead of the group reunion in 2026?

There’s definitely buzz about him kicking off a solo world tour, which makes sense—J-Hope and Suga have already done that, and now Jin is following suit. But so far, there’s been no confirmation from Jungkook or BTS’ agency, HYBE. That said, it wouldn’t be a surprise if one day the Golden Maknae suddenly drops the news, given he’s already earned the Billboard singer tag and can clearly pull a sold-out crowd on his own.

Is BTS disbanding?

Reddit has multiple theories. But, as of 2025, there are no plans for BTS to disband. In fact, the group is planning a big comeback—bigger than ever. In a recent Apple interview with Zane Lowe, Hobi grinned at the idea of the group reuniting in June and said, “We will quickly get together and talk about what BTS can do in the future.” He added, “I think it’s going to be a massive energy.” Earlier, speaking on the reunion plans, HYBE said, “BTS members are scheduled to complete their military service by the end of the first half of this year, and they will need time to prepare and work on their comeback activities afterwards. But the artists themselves also need time for careful consideration and preparation.”

Is BTS coming to India?

Not yet. Post-pandemic, India has emerged as one of the global music hubs with various international artists flocking to the country for concerts. Some of these names are Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Maroon 5, Bryan Adams, and more. Travis Scott is scheduled to perform in October. However, whether BTS will come to India is uncertain as of now. HYBE is yet to unveil the group’s world tour plan post their military comeback. However, we cannot completely rule out the possibility since, in one of the interviews, Suga mentioned that BTS had planned a concert in Mumbai, but it got scrapped because of COVID-19.

Is BTS going on a tour in 2026?

According to their agency, the septet is most likely to roll out a new album in 2026. Their last album was Proof, which rolled out in 2022. And while a global tour will significantly boost HYBE’s plummeting shares, they have refrained from speaking about it as it is too soon to comment. The group’s last world tour in 2019 grossed around $196.4 million. In his earlier statement, HYBE’s CEO, Lee Jae Sang, clearly mentioned,  “Since BTS has already risen to the level of a global top artist, we are continuously discussing their vision and future plans. It is important to carefully determine and align the direction moving forward.”

Are BTS Taehyung and Jennie dating?

There have been rumours about the two K-pop idols dating, with some eagle-eyed fans even gathering “proofs” to back their claims, but neither HYBE nor YG ever responded to the baseless talk, though they did warn of legal action against malicious reports. While BLACKPINK’s Jennie is said to have dated BIGBANG’s G-Dragon, EXO’s Kai, and YG producer Teddy Park, Taehyung’s name has never been linked to any industry insiders.
