Harry Styles to go solo?

Harry styles has reportedly signed a recording contract with Columbia Records for a solo album.

One Direction singer Harry styles has reportedly signed a recording contract with Columbia Records for a solo album.

The terms and conditions of the recording contract are yet not revealed, reported Billboard.

One Direction announced that it would be going on an indefinite hiatus last year and each member has gone on to work on their own solo projects.

The 22-year-old hitmaker will be the first from the team to start making his own music.

Earlier, four songs performed and written by the star were registered with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) hinting his concentration on a solo career.

Styles is currently filming the Christopher Nolan World War II drama, Dunkirk.
