Jeremy Renner shares touching post on recovery from accident: ‘My greatest therapy has been my mind and the will to be better….’

Jeremy Renner, known for playing Hawkeye in Marvel movies, met with a near-fatal accident ten months ago, and he is still on the road to complete recovery.

Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner, best known for playing Hawkeye in Marvel films, met with a near-fatal accident ten months ago. In January 2023, his snowplow ran over him when he tried to prevent his nephew from getting crushed by the vehicle. Renner sustained multiple fractures including broken ribs and shoulder. It was reported that the actor’s speedy recovery is almost a miracle given the extremity of his wounds. However, it hasn’t come without its struggle. In a recent Instagram post, the actor shared how he was able to do it against all odds.

“I have been exploring EVERY type of therapy since Jan 14th … every day, countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, iv drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge, and the list goes on and on,” he wrote.

“BUT My greatest therapy has been my mind and the will to be here and push to recover and be better…. Be exceptional… I feel it’s my duty to do so. Not to squander my life being spared, but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you whom have empowered me to endure. I thank you all,” the actor added.

Earlier, Jeremy Renner announced that he is working on a collection of music titled Love and Titanium, based on his accident and recovery. He shared, “A collection of music we wrote about different milestones in my journey of recovery since Jan. 1 this year. Love and Titanium’ has been painful, deeply healing, and ultimately cathartic for me to create. I hope I get the courage to share with you all.”
