‘Jaws’ returning to big screen for 40th Anniversary
1975 hit thriller "Jaws" will make its way back to US theatres for its 40th anniversary.

Steven Spielberg’s 1975 hit thriller “Jaws” will make its way back to US theatres for its 40th anniversary.
Fathom Events and Turner Classic Movies are teaming up to bring back “Jaws” to 500 theatres across the country, reported Ace Showbiz.
“Jaws” will be screened on Sunday, June 21 and on June 24. The screenings will feature a specially produced, context-setting introduction to the killer shark classic from TCM Weekend Daytime host Ben Mankiewicz.
“Jaws” is credited with inventing the summer blockbuster and set the record for the highest grossing of all time until “Star Wars” debuted in 1977.
Back in 2014, a group of industry voters ranked the film Hollywood’s No 24 favourite movie.
