Actor Ben Kingsley has boarded upcoming drama ‘Brooklyn Bridge’, starring ‘Harry Potter’ star Daniel Radcliffe.

Written and directed by Douglas McGrath of ‘Emma’ fame, the film is inspired by true events, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Radcliffe is set to play a brilliant but inexperienced civil engineer Washington Roebling who oversaw the building of the Brooklyn Bridge in the second half of the 19th century, based on a design by his father John A Roebling.

The ‘Gandhi’ actor will play Roebling Sr, while Brie Larson will play Emily Roebling, the wife of Radcliffe’s character.
