Make that two roles. The first one would be Amitabh Bachchans character as Vijay in Deewar (1975) as it made me choose acting as a profession. It was a bold film for its time, and opposed the repression of the common man. His character makes so much sense
even now.
The second one would be of the individualistic architect,Howard Roark from Ayn Rands The Fountainhead. Roark was a misunderstood man,a principled man,who was assertive when it came to his ideals and though its almost impossibile to find such a man today, this character is worth enacting. I was very close to playing Roark in a television series 10 years ago. Unfortunately, the show never took off.
