Kate Winslet’s topless ‘Titanic’ sketch to be auctioned

A topless sketch of Hollywood star Kate Winslet is going under the hammer.

A topless sketch of Hollywood star Kate Winslet,which featured in her Oscar-winning movie ‘Titanic’,is going under the hammer.

The portrait is expected to fetch as much as USD 16,000 at auction,reported The Telegraph.

The illustration of the 35-year-old actress reclining on a sofa wearing nothing but a diamond necklace is sketched by Leonardo DiCaprio’s character Jack Dawson in the 1997 epic film.

Director James Cameron actually drew the sketch,which features the initials of DiCaprio’s character and the date April 14,1912 – the day before the ‘Titanic’ sank.

Cameron’s artwork is expected to be the star lot at Premiere Props’ memorabilia auction over the weekend.

“This is a wonderful piece of memorabilia (from) one the biggest grossing films of all time,” said a spokesperson for the firm.
