Christopher Plummer has no plans to retire

Plummer,82,became the oldest star to win an Oscar,which he won for 'Beginners'.

Veteran actor Christopher Plummer may drop dead on stage or on the set but doesn’t ever plan to retire.

The actor became the oldest star to win an Oscar when he picked up the Best Supporting Actor prize for his role in ‘Beginners’ at the age of 82 last night,and he said that he will never retire and plans to continue for at least another decade,reported E! online.

“It has recharged me and I hope I can do it for another 10 years at least. I’m going to drop dead wherever I am,on stage or on the set. We don’t retire in our profession,thank god,” he said.

The Canadian actor plays an elderly man who comes out as gay in later life in the film.
