Sandra Bullock has prepared her divorce papers against love-rat husband Jesse James,it has emerged.
Also,reports have come in that the estranged couple had signed a pre-nup agreement specifying the TV mechanic would get no settlement money,if they split because of infidelity.
If she divorces Jesse and proves he was cheating,which wont be hard,Sandra wont have to pay Jesse anything, the New York Post quoted a source as telling RadarOnline.com.
The insider added that The Blind Side star has her fortune protected “extremely well”.
However,a friend said: Sandra is not thinking about the money. … Shes just trying to deal with this mess.”
James alleged multiple affairs were exposed last month.
