There might be four books only in the ‘Twilight’ series, but fans will be treated to five films with the movie bosses thinking of splitting the final installment into two.

Summit Entertainment, the company behind the movies based on Stephenie Meyer’s novels,is planning to turn the last book ‘Breaking Dawn’ into a two-part finale to the movie series,Variety reported.

The idea is still being considered, since there are a few hurdles in the path and screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who wrote the first three movies’ scripts, hasn’t begun writing yet.

The bosses also have to find a new director since Chris Weitz, who filmed ‘New Moon’,has said that he wants to quit the movie business after finishing a pet project,’The Gardener’.

A two-part ending will also mean bringing back the entire star-cast like Robert Pattinson,Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner to reprise their roles and pay them staggering salaries.
