Akshay Kumar, who had to put on 15 – 16 kgs of weight and sport a beard for his upcoming film ‘Gabbar Is Back’, said that his wife Twinkle Khanna liked his look.
The actor said in order to look equivalent to the name ‘Gabbar’, he had to put on some weight and didn’t hesitate to do so. The actor, who also had to grow his hair for the same said, “It took three months to grow my hair.”
On being asked if Akshay has ever been a victim to corruption, since the movie revolves around the subject, the actor said, “Yes, I have been a victim at times, but not majorly as all work is done by my office people.”
The movie, which is entirely based on corruption and Akshay trying to track down all corrupt people, will feature Kareena Kapoor as his wife.
