Twinkle Khanna slams ‘ridiculous’ rumours about Kareena Kapoor being intoxicated during attack on Saif Ali Khan

In a column for Times Of India, Twinkle Khanna shared how women, especially wives, are blamed for every problem men face. Citing an example of the same, Twinkle pointed out how Anushka Sharma is often blamed when her husband Virat Kohli performs poorly. She similarly addressed the Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan situation, stating that the speculations about Kareena’s whereabouts while her husband was attacked are ridiculous.

Twinkle wrote that the dumb theories around Kareena can’t be stopped. She also stated how people enjoyed shifting the blame onto Kareena for Saif being attacked. In the same column, Twinkle also wrote how Saif’s attack has stirred a sense of vulnerability in every home. The actor-turned-author further stated that she now double-checks her window’s locks before going to bed.
