After ‘haldi that turned into Holi’, Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad have elegant sangeet ceremony. See pics

The Sangeet night was kickstarted by a performance by singer Deene Khan. Sharing a picture of the musician on stage, Swara wrote in an Instagram story, “What a way to start the night!”

She also shared a couple of photos of the decor for the ceremony, and a few stills from the mehendi function that preceded Sangeet. One of the adorable photos posted on the actor’s Instagram story showed Swara’s name written in a heart-shaped mehendi design on Fahad’s palm. The bride captioned the story, writing, “Etched in the heart.”

The wedding festivities are reportedly underway in the actor’s grandparents’ farmhouse in Delhi. The couple is blessed by family and close friends in attendance.

On February 16, Swara left everyone surprised after she announced her court marriage with Fahad Ahmad. The actor wrote, “So blessed to be supported and cheered by the love of family and friends like family! Wore my mother’s sari & her jewellery.. made @FahadZirarAhmad wear colour :) and we registered under the #SpecialMarriageAct Now to prep for shehnaii-wala shaadi.”

Swara had also shared a video on her time, which trailed their relationship’s journey and wrote in the caption, “Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad. It’s chaotic but it’s yours.”
