Amitabh Bachchan will have a hearty laugh in an upcoming episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, all thanks to comedian Sunil Grover. The makers released promotional clips from the episode, showing Sunil and Krushna Abhishek taking the hot seat opposite Big B.

In one of the clips, Sunil is seen performing the comical song “Mere Husband Mujhko Pyaar Nahi Karte”. Dressed in a white suit and clean-shaven look, Sunil’s hilarious enactment left Amitabh and the audience in splits. Krushna, his The Great Indian Kapil Show co-star, was also seen laughing uncontrollably at Sunil’s impeccable comic timing.

In another clip, Sunil Grover, who is well-known for his mimicry skills, took things up a notch by mimicking Amitabh Bachchan himself. Dressed in the same outfit as Big B, Sunil sat in the host’s chair while Amitabh took the contestant’s seat. In the video, Sunil channels his inner Amitabh and scolds an audience member who tries to leave mid-show.

Fans were thrilled to witness Sunil Grover share the screen with Amitabh Bachchan. One excited fan commented, “Omg!!! Finally the face-off we have been waiting for!!!!😂😂” while another wrote, “Sunil pajji….aap jesa koi nahi ..👌👌😂😂”

Recently, KBC 17 also made headlines when a young contestant, Ishit Bhatt, went viral for his behaviour during an episode last week. The child contestant repeatedly interrupted Amitabh Bachchan and even stopped him from explaining the rules, which viewers found quite surprising.

Meanwhile, Amitabh recently expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Kaun Banega Crorepati team. Taking to his blog, he wrote, “The days fly by, the exhaustion appears… not on the self but on those that prepare me for the work… they are the true giants and heroes of KBC. Hours and hours of backroom consultations, designing and managing deliverables… simply unable to understand for them that sit at home and watch the broadcasts.”
