Suniel Shetty reveals he is inspired by Amitabh Bachchan’s mindset: ‘He doesn’t show his problems at work’
In a recent interview, Suniel Shetty revealed that he takes inspiration from Amitabh Bachchan when it comes to health and fitness.
Suniel Shetty lauds Amitabh Bachchan for his fitness level. Suniel Shetty, 61, has become an inspiration for many in terms of maintaining fitness. Despite his age, he remains incredibly fit and attributes his success to the practice of bio-hacking, which involves self-optimising the body and brain function. In a recent interview, he disclosed that he looks up to Amitabh Bachchan for motivation.
During an interview with Mid-Day, Suniel expressed his admiration for Big B and his desire to ‘hack’ his health. He marveled at Bachchan’s energy and mindset, noting that despite any personal challenges he may face, the megastar never allows it to affect his work.
He said, “The energy of Mister Bachchan. I would say his energy and the mindset of Mister Bachchan. Despite all the problems he has, he will never show it at work. He never carries it into work, I mean what kind of a mindset is that. What is that drives that mind to constantly learn and to get better and deliver better. These are the kind of people that inspire me. If I see a 100 year old man in Manali, I would go sit down and ask them, what do you do? What do you eat? That is biohacking, bio hacking is learning from what seniors have gone through and imparting their knowledge to us.”
Suniel Shetty boasts a successful career that spans for three decades. He was last seen in Amazon miniTV series Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega, co-starring Esha Deol, Barkha Bisht, Rahul Dev and Karanvir Sharma. Currently, he is looking forward to Hera Pheri 3. The film, directed by Farhad Samji, will also feature Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
