Sanjay Dutt remembers mother Nargis on her 87th birthday, shares pic on Instagram

Sanjay’s wife Maanayata Dutt too shared a picture on the social networking site. In the picture one can see Nargis’ photograph alongside a family picture of Sanjay, Maanyata and their twins Shahraan and Iqra. Fondly known as Sanju Baba, Sanjay Dutt recently completed his jail term and walked free in February. He walked out of the Yerawada Jail in Pune where he served 42 months, as a part of his five-year sentence after being convicted in the 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts case. After stepping his feet out of the jail, Sanjay headed to the grave of her mother to offer prayers.

Nargis was married to actor Sunil Dutt and the couple had three children together: Sanjay, Namrata, and Priya. Nargis was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died in the year 1981.
