Actress Richa Chadha, who mesemerised with her performance in critically acclaimed Masaan last year, is back onscreen. The actress will be seen in a Punjabi avatar for Aishwary Rai Bachchan starrer Sarbjit.

Richa will be seen playing a small town girl and as her character demands, the actress has undergone a major makeover. She has slipped into a colourful suit, jewellery, long plait with a parandi and loud make-up.

She is seen wearing all traditional accessories a Sikh woman wears. Richa will be playing the wife of Sarbjit (Randeep Hooda) in the film. Apart from undergoing a makeover, the actress has also worked hard on her Punjabi dialect. (Read: Omung Kumar most meticulous director: Richa Chadha)

Directed by Omung Kumar, the film will release on May 19.
